Partis College, Bath

 

Works carried out at Partis College consisted of extensive repair works and re-roofing to various section of this impressive building.

Wells, Somerset

 

18 luxury new build houses in a gated development. Spanish slates were used throughout the development. Completed July 06

Landsdown, Bath

 

An extension to a detached dwelling in Bath using Clay plain tiles taken on by Chalcroft Developments. Completed June 2007

Claverton, Bath

 

Magenta Properties built 2 new homes and required Welsh slate with concrete ridge tiles. As you can see they looked beautiful. Completed May 06

Ashwicke Hall, Colerne

 

A beautiful school in the South West requiring extensive works on all buildings throughout the grounds. Lead towers and Welsh slates used through this project.

ALC Conversion

 

The conversion of the former church and language centre into 19 City Centre apartments needed to be a sympathetic transformation. Young�s Roofing Ltd were asked to undertake a complete re-roof to this property, which looks stunning inside and out.

Springfield Villa

 

Springfield Villa was a beautiful conversion by Sion Developments and Dellow Construction, from apartments back to it's original use of a family home. Pictures kindly supplied by Sion Development

Long Fox Manor

 

Formerly a Nursing Home in Brislington, Bristol. Dellow Construction transformed it into a beautiful development of apartments. It consisted of Apartments, Chapel, Gym and Ball Room. Youngs Roofing undertook the work over a period of 10 weeks. Pictures kindly supplied by Dellow Construction

New Mercedes Benz car showroom

 

We have recently installed the roof on a prestigous new Mercedes Benz showroom and workshop building at Peasedown St. John, in conjunction with Midland Steel Structures Ltd.

Central Post Office, Bath

 

To undertake a complete re-roof (including all lead works) to a Bath's Central Post Office. Completed: 2007

Eastwood Manor, East Harptree

 

Young's Roofing are currently re-roofing this stunning 18th Century Manor House using Double Roman clay tiles with plain clay tiles to the turret. All lead flat roofs in code 7 lead works.

Folly Farm, Stowey

 

This project was a conversion of farm buildings into new dwellings for The Avon Wildlife Trust, our work consisted of complete re-roofing to all areas of the property.

Fosse Tillery Farm, Nr Bath

 

This project was a complete refurbishment of a farm house, as well as various other new build out houses. Our contribution to this development was both re-roofing as well as new roofing, all using our specalist skills to install Cotswold Stone Tiles.

Wytherston Farm, Powerstock

 

Wytherston Farm was a refurbishment development at a beautiful farmhouse in Dorset. Young's Roofing contribution was a complete re-roof to the property using Welsh Slate as well as various lead-works

The Old Mansion, Bisley

 

This was a complete refurbishment of a large family home in the Gloucestershire area. The roofing work was specalist as it included the work of Cotswold Stone Tiling and lead-works.

Church Place, Combe Down

 

This was a new build development for Dellow Construction Ltd, comprimising of 5 new build terraced properties. Young's roofing was instructed to fix new roofs to the terrace using Spanish Slates

London Road, Bath

 

Various roofing works to the above property, including a new flat roof using Single Ply Membrane

The Malt House, Norton St Philip

 

A refurbishment of a house in a small village on the outskirts of Bath. Young's Roofing were responsible for upkeeping the original feel of this beautiful property by laying Stone Tiles to the entire property.

The Circus, Bath

 

Various repair and replacement works took place at The Circus. This included fixing new lead-work to a newly constructed double front dorma, fixing new Welsh Slates where needed and upgrading all Code 4 lead-works to property.

Combe Down, Bath

 

A new build development in Bath, Young's Roofing were responsible for installing new roofs to the properties.

Brantwood House, Bath

 

A beautifully constructed refurbishment of a large house in the stunning village of Southstoke in Bath. Young's Roofing were responsible for re-roof of the Stone Tiled roof, as well as installing new lead-works to the property.

The Granaries, Oakhill

 

The Granaries was a fantastic development on the outskirts of Bath, it was a new build development with a large number of houses being built in a small village. Young's Roofing were instructed to fit new roofs in both slate and tiles, as well as insterting new felt, batten and also lead-works.

Lullington Church, Lullington

 

This was a complete re-roof to a small village church in Lullington using Stone Tiles.

Babington House

 

This is a new build area to the prestigious Babington House in Somerset. Young's Roofing have been instructed to fit new Cedar Shingles to the main roof areas, as well as fitting new large lead roofs to flat roof areas. Due for completion: Winter 2008

Wells Cathedral

 

Young's Roofing are responsible for various roofing works at the stunning Wells Cathedral, including re-roofing to the Mary Mitchell Gardens and the Boiler House. The main materials being used on site are Natural Slates and lead. Completion: Winter 2008

The Octagon & Milsom Place

 

Young's Roofing are delighted to be part of such a fantastic development in the centre of Bath. Milsom Place will soon be opening and will boast some new exciting eateries, shops and bars. Young's Roofing have been responsible for various flat roofing works using Single Ply Membranes and Lead-Works, as well as various other roofing works. Completion: Autumn 2008

Hayesfield Girls School, Bath

 

A re-roof to a large secondary school in Bath, using slate as the new roof covering.

Manor Road, Bath

 

This development boasts a number of new build houses in central Bath. Young's Roofing are currently using Natural Slates, Tiles and Lead-Work to complete the roofing works. Completion: Autumn 2008

Wedmore

 

A number of new build properties in Wedmore, Somerset. Young's Roofing are using Natural Slate as the roof covering for these properties. Completion: Autumn 2008

The Golden Cross PH, Gloucester

 

This development is a refurbishment of a Public House and retail units in the centre of Gloucester. Young's Roofing is reponsible for the roof covering, using slates, single ply membrane and lead to complete the works. Completion: Autumn 2008

 

 

Arnos Vale Cemetery

 

Young's roofing have been contracted in to re-roof two 13th Century Chapels in Arnos Vale Cemetery. The materials being used are Natural Slates and various specalist lead works.

Combe Park, Bath

 

Young's Roofing carried out the re-roof to this semi detached villa using concrete tiles and code 6 lead work

Westwood House

 

A new roof to a large house on the outskirts of Bath. Materials currently being used are various codes of lead, Cotswold Stone Tiles and Rhepanol flat roofing membrane.

The Francis Hotel, Bath

 

Young's Roofing Ltd were tendered in to carry out various roofing works on this prestigious hotel in the centre of Bath. Works included re-roofing and repairs to both lead and Rhepanol flat roofs.

Wooden Kiosk, Welshback, Bristol

 

Supply and fix new Welsh Ffestiniog slates to one of Bristol's most photgraphed wooden kiosks on the Welshback

New build block of flats, Frome

 

Supply and fix second hand clay tiles to newly built block of flats.

The Old Rectory, Combe Hay - The Annex

 

Young's roofing are working on this impressive Rectory in Combe Hay. Supply and fix of Cotswold stone tiles with code 8 lead works to box gutters.

Church Hayes, Lea - Main House

 

New Cotswold Stone tiles, new Bath stone ridge and code 7 milled lead was used on this project.

Alderley Farm, Wotton under Edge

 

New Welsh Penryn slates with code 6 lead works and Rhepanol single ply flat roof was fitted to the Swimming Pool Complex.

Temple of Apollo - Stourhead House

 

New code 8 lead works to newly constructed dome for The National Trust.

Upper East Hayes, Bath

 

Young's Roofing carried out the re-roof of this Georgian villa using man made slates and code 6 lead work to all Dorma windows.

Salisbury Council Offices - Potting Shed

 

Young's Roofing fitted a new X3 No. layer flat roofing system with polyester green mineral finish.

Church Hayes, Lea - Stable Block

 

New Spanish Grade A slates with clay ridge tiles were fitted on this project.

Greenacres, Combe Dingle, Bristol

 

Re-furbish flat roofs to X2 No. private blocks of flats using Rhepanol single ply system.

Westwood House, Colerne - Portico
